He has a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Kentucky, a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Louisville. Enalysis partners with other firms on occasion. Any additional staff are hand-selected and hired on a sub-contracting basis, depending on the special needs of the job. All sub-contractors have extensive graduate level or legislative experience. |
